This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary building consultancy known for delivering high-quality service and expertise. You will be seconded into a local authority environment, working across:
- A range of building projects, from maintenance and refurbishment to new developments.
- Professional services such as condition surveys, party wall matters, dilapidations, and defect diagnosis.
- Providing expert advice and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
